Workshops and Seminars
Workshops and presentations on Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) are provided by Dr. Joshua Jackson and focus on providing the knowledge needed for practical applications of design of experiments in everyday life and work. The workshops include a straight-forward and easy-to-understand breakdown of the role of statistics in our world. Our SPC and DOE series is provided on a time and materials rate (to for-profit companies) of $2,400 per day along with travel-related costs.
Josh Jackson, PhD: They call him “the professor” because of his knack for explaining complex ideas to any audience, from children to experts. Josh received his PhD metallurgical engineer from the Colorado School of Mines with bachelors in Physics and Math from MIT. His mathematical focus has always been on statistics and experimental design as they relate to science and industry.
Dr. Jackson co-taught the MTGN 450 Course in Design of Experiments and Statistical Process Control at the Colorado School of Mines with Dr. David Olson for several semesters and continues to participate in the statistics community. In addition to paid workshops, Dr. Jackson and other G2MT Labs employees also provide free presentations to schools and other nonprofit groups along with other volunteer work such as Science Fair judging.
